Low alloyed high speed steel refers to the high speed steel with tungsten (W1.8Mo)content of 6.50-11.75%. Heat resistance and wear resistance of low alloyed high speed steel reduces, which can be applied into the material with low cutting speed requirement
 
 
Low alloyed high speed steel refers to the high speed steel with tungsten (W1.8Mo)content of 6.50-11.75%.Low alloyed high speed steel is manufactured by increasing carbon content and adding the secondary hardening of alloying elements, reducing expensive alloying elements of tungsten and molybdenum. Hardness can reach HRC63-65 after quenching and tempering. Heat resistance and wear resistance of low alloyed high speed steel reduces, which can be applied into the material with low cutting speed requirement.

HYW3V2, carbide fine uniform, high quenching tempering hardness, machining process performance, excellent wear resistance. HYW3V2 is mainly used in the manufacture of paper knife, such as cloth cutting knives, blade cutter.
 
HYW4, carbide particles small, high quenching tempering hardness, good performance of machining process, good wear resistance. HYW4 is mainly used for manufacturing drills, taps, hand saw blade, saw blade cutting speed is not high, such as knives, can also be used for cold work mould.
  
HYM50, carbide fine uniform, high quenching tempering hardness, the performance of machining process, the wear-resisting performance. HYM50 mainly used in the manufacture of engine vane or sliding vane compressor, etc.
